I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and provided excellent service. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped. The hotel facilities, including the gardens and swimming pool, were top-notch. The location, close to the airport, was incredibly convenient.

The location is fantastic, situated in a great area close to everything Saint Germain has to offer. It is just a short walk to the beautiful Luxembourg gardens and within easy reach of all the major sights in the city. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with nice views from the balcony. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, providing great recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the area.

The cleanliness of the toilets could be improved, as they were not well cleaned during our stay.

I absolutely loved this hotel! The location was perfect, situated in a beautiful area within walking distance from many tourist attractions in the central area. The fact that it was within walking distance from the RER airport train station was a huge plus for me. The hotel offered a wide range of services including room service, dry cleaning, housekeeping, and laundry. They even had a paid airport shuttle service, which was incredibly convenient. Upon arrival, I was welcomed with a refreshing drink and the staff was very helpful in providing information about tours and tickets. The room amenities were top-notch, with ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a well-stocked mini-bar. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a cozy sitting area and an in-room safe for added security. The bathroom had all the necessary amenities, including free toiletries and an electric kettle. The television and AM/FM alarm clock were nice additions, and the flat-screen TV provided great entertainment. The staff, even during the night shift, were attentive and friendly.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Cleanliness was exceptional, with a well-maintained casino and spotless rooms. Hotel facilities were impressive, offering a large variety and easily accessible from the elevators. Location was convenient, situated right in the center of this city, making it easy to explore Laughlin and visit other casinos in the area. Staff were welcoming and friendly, providing a pleasant check-in experience.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, right across from beautiful gardens and surrounded by great restaurants and bistros. It was also on a quiet one-way street, so there was no traffic noise to disturb our stay. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. the breakfasts served at the hotel were ideal, with a good variety of options to choose from each morning.

They were always friendly and willing to help with any requests we had. the breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of food options to choose from. The location of the hotel was perfect. The rooms were a bit on the smaller side. It was a bit cramped for our liking, especially considering we were staying for the New Year.
